Same-Day Shipping Cutoff

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) will be processed and shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be shipped the following business day.

Adult Signature Required

In compliance with federal regulations for vape product delivery, all shipments require the presence of an adult aged 21 or older at the time of delivery. Carriers will require a valid government-issued photo ID to verify age. Failure to provide proper identification or absence of an adult may result in delivery delays or return to sender.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Time

We ship via trusted carriers such as FedEx and USPS, depending on your location and selected shipping method. Most standard shipments arrive within 2–5 business days, though delivery times may vary based on destination and carrier delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment’s progress directly from the link provided.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to local and federal laws, we may not be able to ship certain products to specific states or zip codes. Please ensure your shipping address is eligible for vape product delivery before placing an order.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. If your tracking shows no updates within 48 hours, contact us and we will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.
